After careful consideration and research, we decided in December 2005, to install the Ecomix Binary Fuel System to one of our trucks.
The truck showed an immediate increase in KW as well as an incredible fuel saving of up to 45%!
We are so impressed by the fuel saving and increased power, that to this date, our fleet of eight Daimler Chrysler Atego’s as well as our Actros Prime movers, have all been converted. Our drivers have commented on the increases engine torque and the savings at the bowser.
Our book-keepers advised that we are able to claim Gas-Fuel Rebate as well as Diesel Fuel Rebate, which is an added bonus.
All in all, this has been a very valuable experience, one that we can all recommend. In future, any new trucks purchased by us, will be fitted with the Skitom Binary Fuel System.
